Search in Windows 10 is a handy feature. It lets you search a program, file, or folder and lets you do a web search for any query. That means you can type a keyword in the search field, and it will suggest a result based on your search term with a web preview.
Microsoft has also integrated Windows Search with a SafeSearch filter that helps you avoid web preview of the unsafe content in the results of your search feed.
